INCOMPLETE ORDERS If you are missing an item you purchased from your shipment or an incorrect part was shipped, EMIS gaskets MUST be notified within 5 days of receiving your package. We will expedite the shipment of any shorted items as soon as possible upon notification and confirmation by our customer service team.
DAMAGED GOODS
EMIS Gaskets must be notified of any damaged gasket or shipment within 5 days of delivery.
If you have received a damaged package, please photograph the package prior to opening. If you have already opened the package and found damaged merchandise, please photograph the packaging and damaged item, and contact our Customer Service Department.
In most cases, it is imperative that you save the original packaging. Loss or damage in transit is the responsibility of the assigned carrier, but do not worry, we make sure you receive what you ordered and in satisfactory condition.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND SHIPPING
- Returns will be accepted on new, unused, uninstalled, or unaltered items within 10 days of the original purchase. Returns will not be approved outside of 10 days. To receive an RA number submit a request online and include images of the item(s) in question.
- Returned products must include the original box and/or packaging (undamaged) with all tags. Any merchandise which show signs of use or are in a condition other than as received cannot be returned. Packaging must be in resalable condition.
- If your order was shipped correctly and you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs on your original order back to us

- EMIS gaskets is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Emis gaskets once your return has been processed which will include details of any refund(s) credited.
- If all parts from your order are returned, EMIS gaskets will also deduct initial shipping charges incurred from the refund amount owed to you.
- Refunds will not be issued if the product is broken, dirty, damaged, shows signs of use or damage, or if the original packaging is not intact.
- EMIS gaskets reserves the right to enforce a 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
- Please allow three (3-5) business days for refunds to be processed following receipt of your return.
SHIPPING
Once you have generated the purchase order you will receive an email with: the availability of the items -the total amount of your order and the shipping cost (Charges quoted will be based on actual shipping costs for weight and dimensions of the order in question to save you money). – information for you can make the payment so EMIS gaskets can process your shipment.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier-specific tracking information will typically be sent within 12 to 24 hours of an item shipping.
